Budget inn Roswell

The owner allowed me to have my 3 dogs (with a fee) of course but was very understanding of my situation.

Staff was very helpful. They notified me of some repair that was being done with the room, which was fine. Was very courteous to inform me before I agreed to the room. Did notice a few bugs in the room. Floor level room and recent rains could be an expaination. Over all, a very pleasant and much needed rest.

Nice little place that is easy on the pocket book. AC worked great. Fridge and microwave were a nice touch and unexpected. Bed was soft (may be too soft but I liked it). Showers and toilet all work properly. 5 stars for the value!

Clean room, plenty of hot water, heat, and towels, very friendly staff. TV WiFi, fridge, microwave. No breakfast, a few blocks away from the main alien stuff. Excellent value if you are looking for a good place to sleep. $65 including all taxes and fees.

We stopped here for the night. We were headed home from North Dakota. This was back in May. I reserved two rooms through a work program. Upon the clerk/owner finding out my Dad was a retired USAF veteran, they gave him a further discount on his room. They were extremely friendly. When we found out the fridge wasn't working they offered to put us in another room, but it was a smoking room, so we declined. But since we had coolers, we just got ice as necessary. I saw that the towel racks were empty, so I asked for towels, they brought us towels. When I went to put the towels away...there was another towel rack, above the toilet, fully stocked. Oops! Comfortable room, very quiet location. Definitely stay here again. No breakfast, but they didn't advertise that.

From what we understand, these new owners took over a couple months ago. They are working very hard to make peoples stays enjoyable. Very nice staff, beds were very comfortable, brand new memory foam mattress. Rooms are all being updated. New paint, tile floors, new mini refrigerators and microwaves. Great price.

I travel for work. These guys deserve your business..They care a lot..its spotless This is a great value..These rooms are clean..The people are nice..It has a mini fridge and microwave.. Cable..a great AC..Hot clean shower. Nice bed...This place is clean.. The Laundry is new..so I dont have to leave to wash clothes somewhere else. The owners live here and they care about this place.. When I saw the room im shocked..and I took it.. Im here for 6 weeks maybe 12.. There are a lot of older more expensive hotels here..I can afford to stay anywhere. but that would be wasteful..and also I wont stay in a nasty hotel This us a great value.. STAY HERE WHEN YOURE IN ROSWELL.SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME AND DRIVE STRAIGHT HERE..

Had no reservation when arriving in Roswell on a Sat late afternoon, I chose to stay at this Budget because it was across street from a dealership I needed to have look at my car. It's a little rough looking at first glance, and the room was a little outdated. But it was a great deal for the price. And it was clean! This a family owned business and Vick, the owner greeted me promptly and serviced my request very easily. The WIFI was fast and easily connected. I ended up staying an extra day and Vick was so easy going about checkout time. If you're looking for upgrades and any bells or whistles this is not a place for you. But, if your just needing a clean room with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom with a Green Acres type feel, this is you. Vick and his family have a garden they work on in the evenings right there in the parking lot. What a throwback!
